If this is a sign and drive lease, then that's a decent payment, relative to MSRP.

im not sure about residual and MF, other posts have different figures for these two amounts than I was given, I was given 46% residual

Your Alfa dealer may be using Ally or US Bank for their lease quote. We don't have their programs.
