    Does anyone actually lease the Telluride EX or SX since dealers are marking them up an additional $5-10k? I've been wanting to lease one but the markup seems to make leasing unavailable.

    Those numbers can't be right - you aren't accounting for any of the fees that you have when you lease.

    But, using them in my calculations, $445/mo plus tax.

    Get an actual quote from a dealer....
