Lease metrics and pricing insight on BMW X3 2020

Hi, I'm trying to evaluate ending an existing X3 lease early, and getting into another 2020 X3. I'd appreciate MF RV on 2020 X3 xdrive 30, 36 months/12k in Silicon Valley. Additionally, what are lease cash & loyalty incentives available and can they be used together?

I would also appreciate if you can clarify how the lease incentives/cash and loyalty discount work in conjunction with the price.....i.e. once I negotiate a discount off MSRP, are the lease cash and loyalty discount used to further reduce the price to come up with the Adj Cap Cost or are they applied to the drive-off payment? I don't intend to put anything down.

Why end your lease early?
How many payments are left on your current lease?

.00099 and 55%
$1000 lease credit
$1000 loyalty

Both incentives are treated like a down payment on the contract.

Projecting to run out of my miles a month or two early (lease it until Dec). If BMW can end the contract early and I can roll into a new lease, is there a downside?

I'm not aware of an official BMW pull ahead program, so I'm pretty sure the remainder of the payments will be added into your new lease.

The cost of your payments rolled over into the new deal will likely be far higher than the cost of those extra miles you drive (which can also be rolled over into the a new lease deal, in December).
