    It is the lowest MF you can have - virtually free money. No different that 0% APR on a purchase.

    Literally giving them away it would seem. I was looking at the R-line for myself, but the reviews on the 20" wheels give way to excessive road noise and stiffer ride quality. I'll probably skip the Tiguan for 2020 and look at what improvements the newly styled 2021 VW have made.

    Correct, but I wouldn't look at anything below R-Line - no LED front lights, lack of Fender audio... etc, etc.
