    I signed a lease on a 2020 miata RF Grand touring couple of days ago. Posting my deal here.

    Selling Price - 33,511
    -ve Equity from trade In - 4678
    Title, license and registration - 307
    Lease acquisition fee - 650
    Doc fee - 699
    Total cap cost - 39,852

    Total Lease payments - 20,520
    Due at signing - 570
    Monthly payment - 570

    Residual Value - 19,654

    Given my -ve equity rolled in, I don’t think I got the best deal. But, I didn’t get ripped off either. I’ll let experts be the judge.
