VW Dealer Claiming 2k Incentive unavailable with 0% APR Offer - Is this true?? - 2019 VW Golf GTI

I am negotiating a deal to buy a new 2019 VW Golf GTI SE. The dealer is claiming that there is a 2k factory incentive that I forfeit if using the 0% apr offer. The offer doesn't mention this in its terms and I can't find this incentive listed anywhere. So, is the dealer telling the truth, is there 2k in some kind of trunk money 2019 GTI's that must be forfeited with the 0% apr offer, or are they playing games?

The dealer is correct.

There is a $3750 dealer incentive for cash, standard rate or third party financing.

If you take the 0% financing, the dealer incentive drops to $1750.
