2020 Audi Q5 Hybrid PP Lease

Hello! Our previous car was totaled and we are scrambling to find a replacement. We are interested in leasing the Q5 hybrid, 3 yr / 12k, and there seems to be a reasonable deal with Costco that would put the price at ~$1700 under dealer invoice, plus the $6700 federal rebate. Despite coming out around $11k under MSRP the monthly payments seem quite high to me. I don’t have the exact MF they offered but they said interest rate was a little over 5%, which may explain the high payments. Can anyone share the MF / RV info for 94939 and 94501? Thank you.

.00079 and 49%
$7212 lease cash (in lieu of the tax credit)

If the dealer is quoting above 5%, they are marking up the MF (.00079 is approximately 1.9%).

Shop another dealer.

Thank you for those numbers. It looks like the residual they used was 53%, I don’t know the money factor yet. I am checking with another dealer now.

Dealers may not alter the residual. Make sure they are quoting you for the hybrid.

For 36/12, the residual has to be 49%
