We live in Burbank, CA
Selling Price = $45,550
Adjusted Cap Cost = $45,000? Not sure because we did not see the breakdown from the broker. Assuming they used the $1500 rebate and that out of the $2,000 OTD, $1500 = first payment and taxes and fees.

If $45K is the adjusted CAP, then $505/mo+tax (around $550/mo.)

Of course, that might not be the adjusted CAP.

You know, I had this wrong. Errant entry in my spreadsheet.

At $45,000 adjusted CAP, I get $537/mo.+tax.

That's only about $10/mo off your quote. Pretty close
