Ask the dealer - you may get getting tax credits, which is really good for you, if you are.

This is a horrible horrible deal, especially at 24 months. Maybe they are marking up MF? Weird fees? There's a lot of info missing on the deal sheet.

Just as stated above. What is the quoted MF and RV for this sheet?
I also noticed, there is no VIN listed with the deal sheet. I just closed a purchase on a Stelvio Ti & picking it up Tuesday. I got the $2500 rebate & a $7440 dealer discount, based of MSRP of $57,245. Try to push for a better dealer discount & get the MF & RV they are quoting. Those cash down payments seem high for a lease. You should think about purchasing as the payments maybe negligible for you. They have 0%/36 months, .9% for 48 months, & 1.9% for 60 months. going on right now...
