The CAP cost changes, depending on the amount upfront.
Which might be why you are having trouble getting your numbers to match up.

Plus, NC charges tax on the monthly payment, so while the tax number listed might be the total amount of tax, you can't add it to the balance, because it's charged monthly on the payment.

But, you just have to ask them which bank, and the money factor used.

With a different bank, there might be big incentives (ergo, the nearly 10% discount), but also a lower residual (54% vs 57%?) and a higher money factor.

If the residual is 54%, I'll estimate the MF at .00190 MF

But, you really need to ask them the details. Start with which bank, then money factor and adjusted CAP cost with $4000 upfront.
