Please can you share purchase/finance incentives for 2020 base MDX and 2020 tech MDX. Zip 30319.
    Thanks

    0.90% APR with no incentives
Standard rate AFS finance with $5500 Acura to dealer incentive
3rd party finance/cash with $1500 Acura to dealer incentive
Hello, I'm wondering how to get the $5500 incentive. Basically first negotiate a good deal with the dealer before this incentive, then choosing a standard rate refinance term, the dealer will deduct $5500 from MSRP? Is it still available in Northern California? Thank you.
The incentive is from Acura to the dealer. Be upfront and tell the dealer you are willing to take standard rate financing for a lower price.
Thanks for your quick reply. Another question, I found previous post about "$1000 flex cash (basically a non advertised incentive that can be applied to any deal to close it)", do you have any idea if it's still available near zip code 94086 area?
No, we don't know which dealers have it

Purchased last night for my dad. 2020 MDX FWD Base MSRP $45925 + $2k in dealer adds (BS).
    $1500 conquest
    $5500 financing
$1000 flex cash (basically a non advertised incentive that can be applied to any deal to close it)
$5475 dealer discount from factory MSRP.
    (13,475 total discount including incentives).

$32450 net sales price (29.34% off msrp. I was targetting 35%, and then 33%, and then 30%. He let me walk twice and no dealer in the state wanted to touch the deal by even matching it.
    $2029 taxes (6.25%)
$421 doc fee, licensing, road bridge inspection etc etc fees

$34,900.00 Out the door. Cashiers check for $24900 and financed $10000 at 2.99%. When statement comes in, im paying it off and being done with it. I did have 3 other dealers at $35,000 Out the door. Apparently, by doing this instead of waiting 3-4 months (which is what the finance guy said to me to do), they dealer loses more money. lol He said you may get a bill in the mail from acura financial because you did not let the $5500 rebate mature. lol i was like WTF. i didnt really care what he said because the sales director told me to ignore what finance said and pay it off in a month if i wanted to.

This deal was a $3300 Front Gross true loser. I might go back last day of the month and try for another at $33000 or $34000 out the door for myself.

    Thanks

Do you know which zip code this was for. Though i live in 06878 but do not mind getting the car from anywhere to get a deal

If you just want a base model or base model + tech, check out Texas DFW area. They have plenty of them and they normally offer a huge discount. But currently it's hard to get a 29% off MSRP deal since dealers have cleared most of its 2020 inventory. Also the shortage of chips makes them keep the cars instead of offering blowout sale.

Forget to mention, I live in CA and I have called several West or Mid-West States. Texas gave me the best offer.

Folks, I have a question. My financial contract with Acura has the following terms, what does it mean? If I payoff the loan early, there will be a $75 penalty? Thank you all.

"You may prepay. You may prepay all or part of the unpaid part of the Amount Financed at any time. If you do so, you must pay the earned and unpaid part of the Finance Charge and all other amounts due up to the date of your payment. As of the date of your payment, if the minimum finance charge is greater than the earned Finance Charge, you may be charged the difference; the minimum finance charge is as follows: (1) $25 if the original Amount Financed does not exceed $1,000, (2) $50 if the original Amount Financed is more than $1,000 but not more than $2,000, or (3) $75 if the original Amount Financed is more than $2,000."

If you pay off the loan before $75 of finance charges have accrued, then you'll be charged $75.
This is unlikely to happen, assuming it takes you more than a month to payoff the loan, from purchase.

Thank you for your explanation. Do you mean once the loan's online account is setup (normally within 1 week after purchase), I can payoff the loan right away. In that case, $75 finance charges haven't incurred yet. Then I can avoid the penalty? Sorry I'm a newbie on such terms.

Generally, you'll have to wait for Acura Finance to get the title with lien recorded, before you can pay it off. That would be at least six weeks in my state.

The quicker you pay it off, the more likely you'd have a penalty, as the finance charges wouldn't have yet accrued to the $75 amount.
I bet you are a lot of fun to take grocery shopping.

Hi. Getting out of my 20 Subaru Outback and am looking at pickup or 20 MDX. I don't own an Acura and will finance a bit if needed to qualify for rebate. I'm in SE PA. It seems I can get a 20 SH-AWD w Technology for ~$40k (52525 msrp) is that correct? Is that a do-able target # before T&T? If not, what is the best I can shoot for? Thanks!

For the dealer to get the $5500 incentive, you have to accept Acura Finance standard rate financing.

Thanks, I had used that tool (among others) previously. So the "suggested" are before the 5500 dealer incentive? I will finance and payoff after required time for 5500.

I have shopped around a 20 SH-AWD w Technology recently. Currently it's hard to get a ~$40k before TTL, even though it was doable several months ago. I think if you can get a ~42k before TTL and incentives, it looks a good deal to me at this moment. When the dealers report price, they already take into the $5500 into account.
