    Please can someone help me to understand the below promotion from Audi.
    Does this means that
    The selling price of this car is $48,438?
    36months lease is $20638 + Due at signing $5467 = $26105
    At the end of the lease, i have the option to buy the car and pay $22,333 plus tax, title and fees ($48,438 - $26105 = $22,333) is this correct?

    $5467 upfront
    -$573 first payment
    -$895 lease acquisition fee
    = $3999 CAP cost reduction

    $48438 adjusted CAP
    +$3999
    = $52437 selling price

    The difference between the selling price and MSRP may not be all discount, though. Part of the difference could be lease cash from Audi. ($750 in Houston area)

    Most advertised Audi leases assume approx 5% discount from MSRP (YMMV)

    Something to remember: It's just an advertisement, not an offer.
