    When will the incentitives comeback? Asked my dealers local and the best total discount I can get is 2.5%. Dealer says incentives and rebates wont come back untill the inventory is refilled.

    No idea; it will be up to the bank to decide if, and when, to reinstate incentives. It may be related to inventory levels.

    As long as they are selling the cars that are getting produced, there isn't much of an incentive for them to discount them.
