Help with 2020 X1 lease sDrive28i w/ premium package

Hi - I'm interested in leasing a 2020 X1 sDrive28i with premium package and got a leasing offer.

Can anyone let me know if I'm getting a good deal or not?? I've never leased before

Offered $480 lease a month for 36 months and 10,000 miles a year with maxing out MSDs

MSRP: 42,670 w/ 2000 discount and 2500 rebate
Got the offer over the phone so didn't get the cap cost but assuming its ~38,100 after the discounts.

Down: 0

Drive off: California fees, lease acquisition, and misc fees + first month payment:
= 2300 + MSD 3500

Please help I don't know how to negotiate further!

I'd get the offer in writing from the dealer, so we don't have to assume or guess on any of the numbers.

In CA, we recommend just paying the first payment and DMV costs at signing, plus the MSD monies.

You need a bigger discount. It is the end of the model year. Under 5% off is pitiful

0 down, 2290 due at signing [925 acq fee, California fees, first month payment + sales tax (9.5%] + 3500 maxed out MSD so 5790 total

How did the payment stay the same, when you negotiated another $1000 off the MSRP? Should have dropped by about $30/mo.

Hi Michaell, I made a mistake when I originally made the post - I misheard over the phone. It would be a 3,000 discount and 1,500 rebate with all else the same with the payment at 480. Thank you!

That's the same information you posted on 9/18.

Ask them for a copy of the lease worksheet; that way, we won't be guessing at numbers.
