    Hello I just walked out the Mazda dealership and did the pull ahead program 2 months left on current 2018 CX5 Sport traded up to 2021 CX5 Touring FWD w preferred pkg.
    Here are the terms I was able to negotiate:
    36/$10k
    Gross Cap Costs: $32,794.86
    Cap Cost reduction: $2,549.25
    Adj Cap costs: $30,245.61
    RV value $18,376.25
    Rent Charge: $2,117.72 MF 0.00105
    $420.00 /mo w taxes included
    I think I covered all the info, if more info needed let me know.
    Did I get a good/fair deal?

    Hello, I'm about to trade in my 2017 Mazda 3 GT lease for $1245.61 of equity and roll it into my new lease with a 2021 CX 5 GT FWD 36/12K. That said,
    MSRP on the 2021 CX 5 GT was $32,235
    Dealership discount was: ($1285)
    Vehicle selling price was $30,950
    Acq Fee + license fee and 1st month = $1810.37
    Total CAP= $32,760.37
    net equity from Mazda 3 (1245.61)
    less rebates ($1250)
    net CAP = $30,264.76

    I negotiated having the license and acquisition fees rolled into the monthly payments. So we'll be paying 0 down and $349.54/month.

    Is that math right? Did we get a good deal?
