    Hello again, looking to lease a Mazda CX-5 AWD Grand Touring and was wondering when the numbers might change?. I am currently working a deal for 40962 zip code and asked for the numbers a few days back and was promptly provided them (thanks a bunch). Will the lease residuals and money factors possibly change for December? The CX-5 we are going to get won't be in until the 4th week of December and I wanted to make sure I had the right numbers to work with. TIA (12k 36months)

    Can anyone share their recent deals on a CX-5 GT AWD??

    I'm trying to buy a base GT AWD (in NYC/Long Island area) and would like some insight before I suffer major disappointment at the dealerships (I know the market is insane and cars are going for 10%+ over MSRP).

    Dealer only had a single CX-30 on the lot, but had 4 CX-5s.
    This is helpful. So at best I'm looking at MSRP for a CX-5, with maybe some wiggle room assuming the demand is lower where I'm located. Thank you!

    1) Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD -12k miles 36 months for zip 40962 (residuals, money factor, any incentives)
    2) I have seen other people ask for (what I consider weird numbers) like 10k miles and 33 months or something. If these have impressive numbers that might make for a better lease, please share those as well. Not opposed to a 24 month lease either if they have really good residuals/money factors.
    3) Any incentives to buy? I am mostly leaning towards leasing, but have not ruled out buying.
    4) I have no issues running a lease. I just need the appropriate numbers to work with.

    Thank you for this information. This allowed me to work a deal with a very honest dealer, and avoid another that was very dishonest. The dishonest dealer tried giving me a money factor that worked out to 6%+ and I even reached out to ask them to verify if this was correct, and they indeed say it was the correct information. YIKES!! Anyway, the other dealer was 100% spot on with what you provided for me. Thanks, much appreciated.
