    Thank you! How does this look? https://edmu.io/cCnS I will be purchasing with a friends and family discount which I believe should exclude the $1065 destination charge and only discount the $66,645. I assumed the correct way to do this was to enter full MSRP as the sale price and put the F&F discount in incentives. Thanks again.

    I don't know anything about F&F, but if it's a discount and not an incentive, you should have lowered the sale price by that amount.

    $4208 for title/registration seems like a lot. Are you putting $7500 down as CAP reduction?

    Agreed, I was thinking title/registration would be around $500 in PA but it auto calculated the $4208 so I left it in. I changed it to $500 now. Yes I will be putting somewhere between 5000 and 7500 as CAP reduction. F&F reads as a discount so I did do that incorrectly. I took the 10% off from the MSRP minus the destination charge. https://edmu.io/ZCHg Thank you.

    Yeah, that's an anomaly in our calculator. Even after you change it, it re-populates when you re-open it, via the link.

    If I add in $895 for acquisition, and $500 for title/registration, then subtract $7500 CAP reduction from the $61075 sale price you listed, result is $54970 adjusted CAP cost

    That gives me $542/mo.+tax (9%-11% in PA, depending on your local rate + 3%)

    That would leave $7500 + 1st payment Due at Signing
