Those are the correct lease variables

Approx $56,150 adjusted CAP to get to that payment.

If your itemized upfront costs and the additions to the CAP are acceptable to you, then that looks like a good deal.

Thank you very much! I was going to sing the deal today but apparently the sales person told me that the is a mistake and the monthly payment is actually $627 and everything else is the same. He said that this coming from the general manager and he refuses to honor his first numbers. Do you think this still a good deal? thanks

That's about $1000 higher than the first quote.

If everything else is the same, why is the payment higher?

What they told is that sales agent gave a wrong number but they didn’t give the final numbers. They told me $608 fir 10k or $627 for 12k. The $1000 might part in the sale price and part maybe in MF. Not sure yet. But given these new numbers, is this still a good deal? Should I sign it?

What they told me is that they got mixed up with the numbers since I was transferred from one agent to another. Thats their explanation. I am still waiting for the final numbers tomorrow morning but it’s basically one 1% less discount. The sales agent is pushing me to sign as soon as possible. Do you think I should sign tomorrow? I appreciate your feedback. Thanks

The numbers aren't going to change until the end of the month, so there isn't a huge rush to be pressured into signing, yet.

I think you need to get all the numbers clear in your mind before you commit.

I tried with other local dealers, but they were telling me that they can’t even match these numbers. They quoted me at $700 with same drive off amount.

In MN, there are only 3 dealerships (2 owned by the same group and share the same inventory) within 300 miles radius. I did everything I can, I left no stone unturned up, I even spoked with the general manager and this the best numbers I was able to get.

Did I get a good deal? If not, what can I do before signing to negotiate slightly better terms. I'm Tier 1 with Audi Financial with 800+ Credit Score and this being my first lease, not too familiar with MV, Residuals and how they affect Cap Costs for the vehicle. Any advice helps. Thanks!

Without those numbers, there isn't much feedback we can give you.

The Term Sheet doesn't have that information on it. I'm thinking I negotiated cap cost to $62,000 with no cap cost reduction. What is the invoice on the 2021 SQ5 Premium Plus? I know I don't have the key figures to give you guys but I put $0 down and negotiated $0 Sign and Drive with Payments coming out to $750 after tax.
