I was just told by the dealer that the "Cash Difference" is the selling price after incentives. "Trade difference" is the market adjustment price(asking over MSRP) before incentives.

So, the "Cash Difference" price is irrelevant in the calculations, as the "Trade Difference" price is the one used for the lease payment, I'd guess.

Ask them for a screen shot of their lease worksheet.
