She says that the finance manager is telling her that it's .00100. Can you please confirm?

Seems reasonable, relative to MSRP.

But, without knowing the sale price and adjusted CAP cost, it's hard to be specific

Assuming the $2470 covers:

$895 acq. fee
$500-$600 DMV/doc fees

Dealer discount is about $4950 in addition to the rebate. That seems like a pretty strong deal.

The numbers sheet rough draft was slightly different then the contract in the financial. I was told that everything was still the same. My monthly payment , out the door price , and Except for the MSRP was different on the financial contract

Also is it normal for the financial guy to give attitude ? He was so rude I thought maybe it was because I was getting a good deal and he was annoyed. I also didn’t buy the 30/month service charge for oil

What is the actual MSRP on the contract?

Most F&I guys get attitude, when you don't buy all the extras.

Also, the $2,000 lease cash mentioned in above replies are manufacturer to dealer lease cash incentives which the dealer may choose to pass on to the lessee, right? If they pass that through, the $2,000 would be deducted from the selling price untaxed, correct?
