    Sheet they gave me, has 41,208 plus fee, tax, and what I owe on current lease (1200) Brings the “balance” to 45,456.95.

    The balance is likely irrelevant for a lease, as it includes upfront sales tax on a purchase. Ask for numbers that only apply to a lease (PA taxes the monthly payment, and collects it monthly).

    Why trade out, if you owe $1200 on your current lease. Why not take it to term?

    Went to a local Tampa dealer (33773) for a 2021 Highlander XLE Gas FWD 36/12 in 33773 and they are telling me the MF right now is .00179. Can you confirm that, I thought it was less??
