    @Michaell I put a total of $8,900 down it was “funny money” I sold my 2018 F-150 that I leased to a friend, I put $2,500 down on it in 2017 and $4,500 in lift wheels/tires. Payoff was $33,371 and I sold it for a hero deal of $47,500.00. It was sell to a friend for $47,500, or accept $47,500 from the dealer who would sell for $54k+. I’m all for everyone making their money, but it worked out my buddy could pay cash. So I put $8,900 ($9,900 with lease loyalty cash) and kept a little cash for lift and tires. I think it’s safe to say, I’ll never get this deal again and current used market certainly helped me out.

    Thanks for the help you all gave me. I’m happy to upload the final contract for review if you like? I was fortunate enough they honored my X-Plan, but said no to A/D plan. Smaller volume dealer in No. Cal Bay Area. Best Ford store I’ve bought from…hands down.

    Hi...I went to a dealer today in NJ looking for Lariat F-150. They are asking MSRP + $10k for the one Lariat they have on the lot. And MSRP + $5k for a custom order from Ford (with no promised delivery date). I didn't try to negotiate so not sure how firm they will be. But wondering if anyone has has similar experience to share.
