Thank you for those numbers. I've read all I can about lease cash but I still have a question if you don't mind: When calculating a lease estimate for myself, would lease cash be considered a factory-to-customer incentive and subtracted from the MSRP to get CAP cost? I want to be sure I'm including it at the proper time during my calculations. Please excuse me if my understanding and verbiage isn't 100% solid quite yet.

The lease cash is a factory to customer incentive, and is treated like a down payment, and will affect the final CAP cost.
