2009 Audi Wheel - Tire Size ?

I have a 2009 Audi A3 S-Line. The Tires presently on the car are 225/40ZR 18.
Question: Will 245/40/18 Fit the car without any issues like rubbing or is that too big ?

I don't know if they will rub, but not only are they 0.8" wider than stock, but also 0.32" taller than stock (not as big of a factor as the width)

I wouldn't do it..

Probably not. European cars are not known for much room under the fenders.
