Also, the dealer told me I qualify for a $2500 conquest incentive for currently owning a newer mercedes? would that be on top of the two $500 ones you just mentioned as well?

Okay new situation... How does this work if I am leasing a loaner car from Acura? It's a 2021 TLX AWD Technology with 5400 miles on it in 20879.. Want to lease at 36/12 but wondering how the miles effect the Res and MF?

I was told the money factor used was 0.0004 amd the residual 54%. Dealer isn't budging on the price much, saying there aren't many TLXs available which is kind a true when I search the inventory as well.

This is for a loaner/ manager's demo 2021 TLX advance AWD with 5k miles on it.

.00040 and 54% are correct, when adjusted for the existing mileage

I get a higher payment than the dealer does - the $1300 "package" isn't doing you any favors.

You have to keep in mind that the "paint protection" likely costs the dealer about $100.

Also, I get $630/mo, with those numbers.

Note at the top, that they list this as a unit with 14 miles on the odometer.
What is the term/mileage for the lease?

I don't see anyway to get 54% residual for an Advance model. It's possible that the residual is adjusted for mileage, but it's more likely that the residual is higher than you think it is, which accounts for the payment calculation discrepancy.

I can't get the numbers to work. If you had the actual residual amount, it might be clear.

Basically, you are getting $700 off MSRP on a year old model with 5K miles. That might be the market, but it wouldn't have me jumping for joy.
