Thanks for getting back to me. The money factor would depend on your credit and residual amount would dependent on your down payment. We are selling the car at MSRP right now, There is a shortage of vehicles out there and we we are not getting in bidding wars with other dealerships at the moment. If you want to provide me with your best offer, I can see about matching it or beating it.

Residuals are fixed by the bank. The only variable are trim, term and mileage allowance

Curious about this. Am helping my Mom lease a CR-V EX AWD in the next few days. We always do 45k for 36 mo and always end up over in miles. Is there any reason we can’t ask for a 48k lease? If that flies, do we expect to pay a flat 3% more depreciation? Is that what you mean here? Thx.

There are no published residuals above 15K; you can "buy" extra miles up front at a rate lower than the rate you'll pay at the end of the lease. That amount is subtracted from the calculated residual.
