Cap cost is the selling price plus any fees or taxes you aren't paying up front.

It looks like you are paying them up front, however, so the cap cost is possibly the same as the selling price.

.00133 and 57%, with $2250 incentives

The incentives mean the true dealer discount is $750 - even on a 2021, you should be able to do better than that.

But, with those prices, I get $470/mo.

$2672 is the total due from you, at signing? If so, seems like a pretty good deal.

He said the 2672 is the first month, taxes and all other fees. He didn’t disclosed all the incentives but I just wanted to know if people are getting better deals but if you say it’s a good deal I’m taking it. Thank you guys!
