It's unclear where the cash is coming from, or if you are taking cash back out of the deal. Maybe, you owe money on the trade? If you have $20K trade-in and an $11K rebate, how is the adjusted CAP cost greater than the selling price?

"Dealer Contribution" = discount from MSRP. Apparently, your dealer felt they didn't want to discount the car; given the current market conditions, I'm not surprised.

Also, $12,000 of negative equity is roughly $333/mo, so that takes the payment to almost $1200/mo right there.

Subtract the discount you aren't getting, add tax and I can easily see $1400/mo, or more.
