2021 BMW X3 xDrive lease details for existing X3 lessee

Hi, with my final payment on current X3 coming up, I'd appreciate your help with the following questions regarding rolling into a new 2021 X3 lease:
1. MF and Residual for xDrive 30, 36/12, 94024 zip code
2. Dealer has sent me a letter that mentions '$2000 BMW Lease credit', how do this relate to offers mentioned on the X3 thread of loyalty and lease credit
3. Do the lease credits effectively act as a 'down payment' once I negotiate the discount off MSRP
4. What discount is realistic on a new 2021 X3 xDrive 30? I'm hearing 7-10% range.
5. Apparently, a lease disposition fee of $350 is charged at termination, is this negotiable if I immediately get into a new lease?
