Hi-
I’m shopping for a Highlander Hybrid Limited with 12.3 inch screen , a roof rack and tow hitch in 10570 and have these quotes and I’m wondering if they are good deals:

2020 Hybrid Limited with roof rack, tow hitch and 12.3 inch screen - 10 K miles /39 months, 1st month plusDMV plus $750 Down for roof rack and tow hitch, $579 per month

2021 Hybrid Limited with roof rack, tow hitch And 12.3 inch screen - 10 K miles/39 months , 1st month plus DMV plus $500 down, $573 per month.

I’ve never done a 39 month lease and am wondering if it’s a bad idea.

Also, is it safe to assume the safety ratings for the regular Highlander apply to the hybrid?

Thanks in advance!

The lease programs we have only has support through 36 month terms. Are these quotes from the same dealer? If so, you should ask which bank they are using for the quote.

In order for us to help you, we'll need to know the following information:

    MSRP
    Selling price
    Adjusted cap cost
    Money factor
    Residual

Interesting that the 2021 model is fractionally cheaper than the 2020.

Two things to keep in mind with 39 month leases:
    1. Will you have to pay for a full year of registration for only 3 months of usage?
    2. I can't remember what the warranty is on the Highlander - if it's only 36 months, you'll be on the hook for anything that goes wrong.

No information on safety ratings - I'm sure you can find that on IIHS or DOT websites.

These are 2 different dealers. I will need to get the MSRP, Cap Cost etc. from them.
I was thinking that registration can be transferred to a new car, but maybe not.
The Highlander warranty is for 3 years only...do you think it’s worth asking if a dealer would cover me for the extra 3 months?
    Thank you.

A dealer isn't going to change the factory warranty. Extended warranties would be expensive. It's a Toyota, I wouldn't sweat it.
