    It seems that the GT 63S 4 Door has a better residual value than the GT 43 4 Door for the 36 month 10k lease (61% vs 53%). Does that make sense?

    Hi all. New to the forum need some help!!!! Looking @ 2021 GT 53, MSRP $114k
    want 36 mo/7,500 miles
    Right now being quoted a high as MF .00243 residual 62% if I remember right. Also willing to put $10k down. Payment is $1865 with taxes maintenance etc.
    Zip 98057 what should be my MF and resid?

    Big MF markup, for sure.

    And, we don't recommend putting large cash down payments on a lease - it doesn't change the cost of the lease, and that up front money would be lost if the car were stolen or totaled.

    Thank you for your response. Just re looked at the #s. Wasn’t using MSRP for the residual. So residual sitting @ 57%. The money factor is actually .00250 smh. What is the highest residual I should accept? Credit 766

    Good note on down payment. I’ll think about $2500. Again thank you.

    The residual is fixed by the bank, and the dealer cannot alter it.

    If you meant the money factor, in general I wouldn't accept any markup of it. But, given the current market conditions, and the scarcity of the vehicle in general, I'm not sure what I would accept.

    I've never shopped in that price class.

    Thanks based on the quote the dealership is selling price of 105300.offering is 0 down 2037 monthly....according to my calculator it’s 2884 down 1640 monthly. Can anyone explain why the difference???
