I found the lease calculator that's in your sig a few weeks, and I think it's great. Are the RV and MF numbers that automatically populate in there when you select the make and model accurate, or should I still come here and ask in the forum to be sure?

They should be accurate.

But, Nissan comes out with new programs, tomorrow. Not sure how fast the calculator updates

Thanks. I just wanted to know in general, I understand it might not be instant when things change. Might save you guys some time if you push that calculator some more and you won't have to answer the same question over and over.

For Nissan, the adjustments are as follows:

15K to 12K - add 1%
15K to 10K - add 3%

Nissan: +1% for 12K or +3% for 10K

3% less residual = $1000 approx. (depending on MSRP).

$1000/36 = approx $30/mo. difference.

Big downpayments will skew that, though

Horrible time to buy a new car. The deals are very bad. I called to get a lease on a 2021 Altima SV and was quoted with no money down $548. OUCH. I could buy the Altima over 60 months cheaper. Nissan is not giving any money on leases it seems.

Right - most leases are so bad that financing is a better option. Even on luxury brands.
