Hi, here's the recent quote on the 2021 Touring Pilot for 36/10. Not sure what info is missing to determine if this is a good deal. I'm planning to put $2000 down to cover tax, tags, reg.

Breakdown of the $1403 in fees?

NC taxes the monthly payment.

Are the "Cash Down" amounts in the 3rd panel the total amount Due at Signing, or is it that amount, plus 1st payment, etc?

Hello -

The $515 covers the propack - wheel locks, splash guard, cargo tray.

The $1403 is the $698 dealer doc fee, 110.75 DMV fee, and $595 Acq fee.

With good credit no need to put anything down or pay first month's payment.

Seems like a reasonable payment at $517/mo, with nothing upfront.

I see where you have mentioned in earlier postings not to put money down but if you want a lower payment then is there any reason not to put $1K or $2K down?

If your car goes away in the first few months (accident/theft), then GAP insurance will make the bank whole, but it won't likely get you back any of your CAP cost reduction. That would make for one expensive three month lease.

Hello again - Well, I leased the Touring AWD at 36/10 for $487.80/mth. They gave me another $1000 off since I have another Honda vehicle. No money down! Does this sound like a solid/good deal?
