    Ok so 31475 is msrp x.54= 16996. They offer selling price 28101. 28101-16996= 11105. Add tax and mf. Would this be how its calculated? And should i subtract 1750 incentive? Also is there a disposition fee at the end.

    I agree with the math - mostly.

    NJ taxes the sum of the payments, taxable fees and incentives, and collects the money up front - or, you can choose to add that amount to the adjusted cap and make it part of the monthly payment. There will be a small difference to the final payment due to this.

    If you're comfortable with the discount from MSRP, nothing wrong with the deal.

    Ended up getting ilx prem/aspec 36/15 for 359$ a month with first month + mv fees. After test driving didnt have to go into dealership. They delivered car 50 miles away. THE CALCULATIONS LESSON HERE WAS HIGHLY HELPFUL THK YOU

    I confirm .00069 and 57%, and agree with your math.

    My guess is that the dealers numbers, specifically the adjusted cap cost, is way different than yours. Ask them what number they are using to get $290/mo, and to show their math (hey, it's high school!) as to how they got to that number from the selling price.

    Unfortunately I’m getting different responses from different dealers. I have one who isn’t recognizing the $1750 Acura to dealer incentive and one that keeps giving me numbers based off of MSRP and not a lower negotiated sales price. Oh well, we wait.
    However I also have a house in 77389. Can you please tell me the RV, MF, and incentives for a 2021 ILX prem aspec for 36/10k down here? Hopefully I’ll have better luck.

    The $1750 incentive is Acura to dealer, and will be included in any discount you might receive. They don't have to recognize it, because it isn't a consumer incentive. Just compare the prices.

    So I finally got a deal on a 2021 Acura ILX Premium A-spec, blue pearl exterior. Here are the numbers:
    MSRP- $31,625
    Selling price- $27,825.17
    Residual value(57%)- $18,026.25
    Fees- $1311.51
    Gross capitalized cost- $29,136.68
    Adjusted cap cost- $26,636.68
    Taxes(bc TX)- $1976.56
    36 months/10k miles a year
    I put $2270 down and got it for $270/month. I also had them throw in free wheel locks and tints.
