    First dealer told me not to pay cash
    Said I would get a better deal to finance and the pay off at 6 month time frame

    I just got my factory order delivered last week. Final price was 9% off MSRP + all consumer incentives. This is a PA dealer though, not VA/MD region that you're focusing on.
