Thanks! So is there typically room to press that issue? The MF seems significantly marked up and the residual being 2% makes a difference too. Are those numbers they will discuss? I’m also visiting another dealer today too to see where they come in.

residual is fixed by the bank; could be the dealer is quoting the wrong mileage allowance.

You can push back on the MF, but given the current climate, you may not make much headway.

They actually can't alter the residual. So, that's likely a communication issue on mileage or term.

But, the MF markup is huge. Equivalent to 2.5%+ APR.
