CX-5 Touring 2021 FWD/AWD in Chicago

Hello - I am finally ready to pull the trigger and would like advice on the two offers I'm dealing with. One is FWD and the other AWD.

CX-5 Touring 2021 - 36 month / 10k miles. 0 Down, only 1st month + tax + fees out the door.

Dealer #1 FWD:
MSRP $28,460
Sales Price $27,000
They're saying that it is: $2762 (taxes-plates/fees) + $339 (first payment)
60% residual.
Monthly $339

Dealer #2 AWD:
MSRP $29,510
Sales Price $28,125
They're saying that it is: $2,875 out the door including first payment + taxes + fees.
Monthly $356

When I plug both options to the leasehacker calculator they both come down with score of 6.5.

Which one is the best offer or should I walk away? Thanks!

What is your location?

Do you have a preference of FWD or AWD?

I am in Chicago, IL 60647.
AWD would be preferred but not a must.
Over 820 credit score (if it's of any relevance).

The deals are identical, other than one unit is slightly more expensive than the other one. Get the one you want.

The costs are within my monthly budget but I would still not want to pay more than market value.

I was finally able to get this "proposal" for:
CX-5 Touring AWD 2021 - 30 month / 10k miles.
63% residual.
MF not provided.

I calculated 63% off MSRP and it does not add up but they said "The Residual after 30 months will be $19,477 based off of 63% of MSRP".

Is there anything else I could negotiate?

Ask them to disclose the MF. If they don't, ask yourself why.

Could be time to move on to another dealer.
