MF and Residual for 2021 GLE AMG53 Coupe

Hi. i am getting a 2021 GLE AMG53 Coupe. Dealer said Residual is 51% and MF is .00160 for 48 month lease (10k miles/ yr).
Would appreciate it if someone can proof the number. i am getting $1178 with 0 upfront. Dealer wants $1273 (i was able to negotiate total $3600 off. not sure if that is good enough or not).

If it's truly $0 Due at Signing, you have to add the first payment to the CAP cost.
Doing that, I get $1253/mo, (with last month's MF and residual)

That's not too far off. Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost, and see how that differs from the "Balance"

Since I'm $20/mo. off of their number, now... not much point in me guessing how they came up with their number. Ask for a screenshot of the lease deal off the computer.

Since the price has gone down, it looks like they may have been marking up the money factor, previously.

$1222 is correct, with first payment Due at Signing
