Hello. It looks like the previous thread was closed. Any changes to the Feb program? Looking for RV MF on S7 prem plus, 12k and 10k on a 36 month lease. 46075.

I am working with a local dealer (94107) on a 2021 S7 Prestige for lease. Below are my numbers from the dealer. I currently have a Golf R that has about 2.7k positive equity that they are accepting. Even so, the numbers they are giving me are much higher than when I use the LeaseHackr Calculator. The money factor they're using for this sheet is the standard one, and after they run my credit, I'll definitely qualify for top tier (my credit score is 830).
However, why am I seeing different numbers here than in the LeaseHackr calculator?

Why does LH have $4800 due at signing, and the dealer quote shows $0?

That's likely the payment difference, if you can bridge that gap.

Also, those prices on the quote are for a purchase, not a lease, so you can't transfer them straight across to a lease calculator.

@Michaell LH has that due at signing because I added the $2700 from the Golf R as positive equity in the form of a down payment, since LH doesn't have an input for that. In reality, the drive off fees are about $1900, leaving $800 left over to deduct from the overall cost of the lease.

Even if I remove the $2,700 downpayment and assume no positive lease equity for this lease, the monthly payments still come out to $1490. So something is being calculated strangely on their end, or they're hiding something from me in their fees. What are your thoughts?

Ask for a screen shot of the dealers worksheet; that should give us all the information we need to evaluate the offer.

$1615 is the first payment. It has to be capitalized, because they are quoting the lease with ZERO due at signing.
Looks like you are paying for the AudiCare
They are giving you credit for $2664 equity in your current vehicle.

The numbers you entered into the calculator differ from their numbers in a number of spots. If you don't enter the correct numbers, it's going to be hard to compare results.
You don't have the same money factor that they do.
Also, they entered 51% residual, and you entered 53%

In your opinion, should I have the first months payment added to the cap cost for zero drive off, or pay the first month? I feel like I should just pay it instead of zero drive off, since I'm being charged interest for that first month.

Generally, we recommend paying the first payment and any government fees (registration, etc.) at signing.

After talking to them, we've come up with the following:
2021 S7 Prestige, 42 months, 12k miles, 47% residual, .00156 money factor, first month and fees due at signing. 5k off MSRP, and 3k positive trade in value from my current lease (Golf R). (MSRP was 98,000).

Total monthly comes out to: $1370
They are including free Audi Care for the entire lease, and tinting my windows for free as well.

How does this sound as a deal? They said that money factor is the lowest they have available. I'm skeptical, but that sounds about right.

Adjusted CAP cost of $90,200 (with the .00156 MF and 8.5% sales tax)
The money factor markup adds about $100/mo.

What is the amount Due at Signing? Still ZERO?

The amount due at signing is $2700 currently (first month + fees). Your Adjusted CAP looks spot on.

Thank you! Just left the dealership but failed to get a hard copy of the deal sheet. Went in late so couldn’t run credit app tonight, but it seems like the MF is extremely inflated (by my calculations 0.00165 🥴)

I expect lower after check in the morning. Score approximately 730, would that qualify for Base MF on 36/15k?
