Thanks to Michaell and this forum! I used the info from here to lease a 2021 RF GT from Classic Mazda in Orlando. They had 27 on the lot that just arrived. I wanted Polymetal Gray Metallic, GT, MT, and that's what I got! Sticker was $35,520. Paid $33,624 ($1,896 off). Lease numbers they offered were exactly what Michaell quoted...36/10, RV=58%, MF=.00069 (1.656% rate). (Buyers, don't forget about all the fees...acquisition fees, etc...they can add nearly $2,000 to purchase) Here's the crazy part...I let the dealership buy-out my 2019 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 truck lease that was 5 months from turn-in. They bought my nearly 3-year-old truck for $2400 more that I paid for it! $200 over sticker from 2019! I also had online 2-minute quotes from CarMax and Carvana for a little under what dealer paid me. I walked away with $8000 check...that will never happen again. There is a used car price bubble right now...that won't last. I actually put a big chunk of that money down and my lease payment is $278/month...lol! Anyway, I have been driving my Miata with a smile on my face...7500 rpm, squeaking tires, unreal handling...too much fun!
