Would love to get a confirmation of the MF & RV% for a 2021 228i xDrive AWD Gran Coupe w/M Sport Package & Harmon Kardon SS upgrade in 46804.

Backing into the quote calculation that they gave my wife, it looks like the dealer used 0.00126 (MAX??) & RVs of 58/57/55 for 10/12/15.

Dealer will probably be upset when I tell him that he works for my best friend who owns his dealership and that I've got a degree in finance & economics!

Coming back to share.... decided to pass on the deal offered on the 2021 228i xDrive Gran Coupe in 46804.

They came back with a great offer on a 2020 M235 Gran Coupe demo/loaner w/4k miles. Offer looks like this:

MSRP $47,645
Sales Price $40,645 (14.7% discount)
Lease Credits $(2,500) from BMW Lease Central & Conquest Lease APR Credit
Cap Cost $38,145
MF of 0.00086 (APR 2.06%)
Lease Terms 36 mths - 15k / year
Residual $26,205 (55%) but adjusted to $25,330 w/4k miles on it.
Paying up front - $925 acquisition fee and $250.25 dealer fees, plus 7% tax on $2,500 and 1st pmt.
Payments - $439/month

If they can get it detailed and arrange for window tint we'll be picking it up tomorrow!! Now to go pour a tall bourbon!!
