Greetings! I was recently offered a monthly lease payment amount and was curious if this was a high starting point. The dealership offered a $613 monthly lease payment which includes taxes for a 2021 Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary 4x2 that includes the customer preferred package, power sunroof, remote start system, among other features. The lease term is 36month, 15K a year with $0 down. Is $613 a high starting point or reasonable starting point for this type of vehicle?

The adjusted CAP is the selling price plus any taxes or fees you aren't paying up front.

$600/mo for a $44K car is not a great lease, in my opinion. But, when we get all the numbers, we can check.
