Does BMW offer lease to someone working as an independent contractor with less than 2 years of tax returns? I have a 540! that I am leasing and is due to be returned in February. I was considering going for the 2022 840i xDrive Gran Coupe, 336mos/10k miles. Not wanting to do any down payments, what would be a good deal for the 65804 or 63319 areas? Thanks

Why is BMW posting misleading information on their website while there is virtually not a single BMW dealer that will give you this deal?
"Monthly lease payments of $979 per month for 36 months is based on an adjusted capitalized cost of $78,175 (MSRP of $87,195, including destination and handling fee of $995, less $5,095 capitalized cost reduction, $0 security deposit and suggested dealer contribution of $3,925). Actual MSRP and dealer contribution may vary and could affect your monthly lease payment."
Seems all the dealers are *marking* up the MSRP vs giving a discount on the MSRP - selling at MSRP might make (some) sense for a lower end model, but for a car like an 840 the profit margin is massive.

Thank you! No kidding on the plan, unless you live in Atlanta (or if you have a household driver that loves hitting curves on these 20”s or 22”s)… I’ve had all 4 of my tires replaced and damage on wheels fixed under the plan so we at least got our money’s worth on the one we got on our current SUV - it was way cheaper than what they’re quoting nowadays though!
