MSRP is $30,804 & they've discounted to $29,504 - Are you able to suggest what the monthly should be at 36 or 48 months with 7500 miles?

This is the current deal sheet. I am wondering if the numbers would be better with 36/12k instead of the 48 like on this sheet. Also I think they said they are giving me 2k in cash for my current lease trade in. I’m not seeing that reflected on this sheet.

Where do they calculate taxes from. The number on the deal sheet seems off to me.

I feel with a 2k trade in I should be able to get this lease to 490ish, but definitely lower than this 554 per month number.

The tax rate is applied to the sum of the payments, and collected upfront (and added into the CAP cost, in this example)
