Yes, the numbers are correct.

The dealer can add .00040 to the MF for extra profit.

@Michaell thank you, makes sense, I was actually looking at 750i which is a RV of 55% so that they are just adding to the MF to make some profit.

So I was able to get $30K off MSRP on a 2022 750i XDrive. MSRP was $111,415. Three yr lease, 7,500 miles/yr. Slightly over base rate, 55% RV, and zero down. One of the best deals I have even been able to do.

What is the mf, residual and incentives for 2022 bmw 740i at 36/10? Loaner/demo with 5712 miles. Car was in an accident.

Any guidance on how much discount I should ask on the MSRP? Should I even consider it?
