    2. The current market is making all lease payments higher than normal; if you can postpone your shopping, I would recommend it

    I included the dealer and acq fees to get $687 pretax and $728 with tax. I think they rolled in the first payment for $0 due at signing, I'll be paying those up front though. Thanks for your help!
    The higher payment could then be due to a marked up MF
