Also, trying to figure out lease scenario of 4K down. Dealer numbers are very different from each other.

No reason to put that much up front on a lease - we recommend just the first payment and the government fees.

Dealers won't mention why they don't match the LeaseHackr calculator. I'm getting $757 on my scenario and they are coming back with $856.

It can't hurt to try - have you shopped multiple dealers and know this is the best quote you've gotten?

Yes - So far this is the best lease payment I've received with the least amount upfront. However the money factor is the highest. I may put down less if they can lower the MF.

Dealers keep mentioning the rarity of this car and the speed of which they can sell since inventory is low. I'm lucky right now that I am at the end of the month so they will maybe get aggressive to lower the MF.

Good is a relative term; up to you to decide if $800+/mo is a good deal on a $60K SUV.
