It should specify the mileage charge on the contract, but I too think it's .25/mile.
If you think you're going to be over on mileage, why didn't you lease with 15K per year to begin with?

Higher MSRP vehicles might have a higher mileage penalty. Not sure of that, but if so, the X7 will certainly qualify.

I'm Tier 1 and I've been told by my local BMW Dealer that they add markup for MF. So they offer me .00151 MF and 53% residual. Is there any official website from BMW Financial services for the one you have ( .00111 MF and 53% residual) ?
