I am a bit naïve when it comes to using these numbers when getting the deal from a dealer. Do I just simply walk in and provide him with these numbers or show him the totals in the lease calculator or what is the best approach?

Let them present you an offer, that shows all the numbers used in their payment quote, then you can use these numbers to fact check them. If there is a discrepancy, then you discuss it with the sales person.
