Wanted to check if I am getting the best possible deal on an ES300H lease.

Year: 2021
Model: ES 300h
MSRP: $46,885.00

Term: 36 months
Mileage: 10,000
Down Payment: $3,999
cap cost cash down: $5,877 (being told this is my out of pocket including license, reg, etc)

The dealer is giving me:
Residual: 52%
MF: .00012

Basically making my monthly at $437.47 before tax. I feel this is a bit high, so hoping someone can help.

Which trim level is this for?

This is base with the following added:

- Blind Spot with rear cross traffic...
- Accessories ( QI charger, mats, net, etc)
- Premium Package
- Wheel upgrade

Not sure if model helps but it's 9040C.

If we deduct the $3995 from the MSRP, I get a payment of $522/mo, plus tax.

Something seems off if they are quoting you almost $100/mo less; ask them for a screen shot of their lease worksheet for us to review.

Yep, that would explain it. I now get $418/mo, plus tax, so much closer to the dealer quote.

However, I would advise against the $4K down payment - that money would be lost if the car were stolen or totaled during the lease.
